Michelle Majors, MA, is the CEO of STRUT Inc., a Seattle - based personal development company for women. Originally based in Chicago, STRUT was created as an Image Consulting Company where Michelle could bring together her two passions - fashion and girlfriends!

Eventually, STRUT transformed into a personal development company as Michelle began to see a need for transformation both inside and out! Now, with over a decade of study in Mind Mastery, as well as a Master's Degree in Transformational Leadership, from Seattle University's School of Theology & Ministry; Michelle now uses a multi - faceted coaching approach to serve the total woman inside, and out!

Michelle has always had a passion for fashion, but decided to be safe and go the conventional route and earn a B.A. in Business. She immediately went on to climb the corporate ladder becoming a high - performing executive in the telecommunications industry. Throughout her corporate career, Michelle always kept one foot in the fashion world by working on photo shoots, taking private clients and attending fashion week in New York to stay up on the latest trends.

Finally, after September 11th, 2001, Michelle and her company (through mass layoffs and a generous severance package) decided it was her time to follow her passion and created STRUT Image Consulting. But, what she didn’t know was that she would discover her REAL purpose, not from the clothes or the shopping, but through helping women get out of their comfort zone to try new wardrobe ideas; leading to new perspectives, and ultimately leading to new possibilities about themselves and their lives. STRUT began to expand into a full - service personal development company that addresses the TOTAL woman - inside AND out.

The next chapter for Michelle began with a painful breakup which left her re-evaluating herself and her life. Deciding to use this breakup as a healing source for herself and other women, she wrote the book, "From Breakup to WAKE UP: A Woman's Guide to Finding Herself after Losing Love"

This book became the catalyst for the website "wakeupgirl.com" which was designed for women to "wake up" a life they LOVE!
