Collaging is the art of cutting pictures and pasting them on a poster board to get your imaginative juices flowing and have you in a space of endless possibilities.  It is also a way to see where you are stuck in areas of your life.  How does this work you ask?  While our conscious mind is simply cutting out pictures and pasting them to a board, our sub conscious mind is busy at work guiding us to apply certain pictures, in certain patterns that leave clues to a deeper internal dialogue!  Michelle will discuss some of your collages and give you some tips on how to use collaging as a powerful tool to help you uncover some of the underlying messages that are hidden from your view!  We’ll bring the music and fun, you bring scissors, poster board, glue sticks and extra comfortable clothes for a rockin’ good time!

This all-day event gives 20 women in homeless/abuse shelters and transitional housing the experience of being Queen for a Day.

Starting with limousine pick-ups, the women will be driven to a secret destination where they pick out a selection of clothes. Then, it’s off to the salon where they will be treated like royalty with new hair styles and makeovers! Finally, they are whisked off to lunch at an upscale restaurant in downtown Chicago! During lunch, special guest speakers will speak words of faith, healing and humor!

Ok Ladies, It’s time for some straight talk about image and how it impacts:

• The way you feel (Frumpy? Sexy? Vibrant? Suppressed?)
